When will I receive my order?
I will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know and I will do my best to find a solution together with you. Orders can be returned at your own expense within two weeks.
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
I cannot accept returns on certain items, such as personalized items. Likewise, used items cannot be returned.
What material is used for jewelry?
You can find more detailed information in the description of each item. I use stainless steel or 925 silver to guarantee the longevity of my products. If you have allergies, please feel free to contact me directly.
Where are your products manufactured?
I handcraft almost all my products myself in Germany. I work with the utmost care to guarantee the highest quality and genuine craftsmanship.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
